- be guided by fair competition principles in relationships with peers having Authorized Integrator status: refrain from price dumping in any form; compete on quality not price
Vendor obligations
- be guided by the "get richer together" principle in relationships with partners
- pay partner commission on time
- maintain a reasonable level of competition among dia$par Authorized Integrators, while putting the strategically aligned interests of integrators and clients at the cornerstone
- keep partner's business profitability on significantly higher level compared to market, by managing the minimum permissible hourly rates of specialists
- swiftly revoke the authorization status of unscrupulous partners
Financial terms
- earnings from implementation are split evenly between the vendor and integrator
- earning from the dia$par success share and split evenly between the vendor and integrator
- all of the partner’s revenue support fees will be retained by the partner, after 13% commission taken by Humanless
dia$par missionary
- 7% of a cost of transition to dia$par for each deal
